Hello there and welcome to
Misplaced Chopsticks!!
I've never been all that good at these introduction posts but I will do my best to go over the basics.
Who am I?
My name is Tiffany. I'm currently 22 and aspiring to work in production in the broadcast/entertainment industry, hopefully with an emphasis on animation. I have a strong love for my family and friends, art, animation, film, fashion, music and video games. I'm also happily taken, am a huge dork and a hopeless romantic. I'm working to succeed and live a life without regrets. I'm also a big fan of puns and cheesy jokes--I'll be the one chuckling at the jokes in movies that characters react to with blank stares and groans, hehe.
What kind of posts can I expect to see?
The type of posts are going to vary, really. Though created with the intention to be inspirational, the ways I go about this blog will probably focus more on my personal experiences and preferences.
These posts can feature, but are not limited to the following:
- personal tidbits/rants/thoughts
- little occurrences and happenings
- drawings/art/images/writing/music/videos of all genres
- tips or random words of wisdom
- things I've found to be inspirational/motivational
- fashion-y things
- What-I-Wore type posts
- random what-not
- whatever else I feel like and moreeee!
Though it may not be your typical motivational blog... I am looking forward to seeing how things go and (And it's my blog anyway! =P)
Why this blog?
A bit of a personal blog made public and a new year resolution (Lunar calendar or not, heh) This blog is intended to help keep me motivated/inspired, boost self-confidence, and work towards bettering myself in health, mind and body. We all have days where we just feel at our worst, and I'm certainly not an exception, heh. No one's perfect. But I'm hoping that with this blog I can accept my "imperfections", gain more confidence and stay motivated to succeed. To not be so hard on myself or worry about everything. To never lose hope or give up. This is something I'd like to do on my journey to becoming a happier, healthier, and more confident woman. And this will be a bit out of character for me to say.. But I believe I deserve it and owe it to myself.
And of course, you the reader are welcome to come along on this little adventure. Or even better I hope you, the reader, can feel a bit inspired and have some fun as well. =) Here's to a brighter future!
Thank you for reading and until next time~
